Slow Meadow's S/T LP debut is a deftly layered recording. It presents a melancholic yet serene tonality. The tracks and their languid flow are wrapped in classical ambient colors. I struggle to describe what is so special about Lissom’s music. They sound like nothing I’ve ever heard before yet always knew I wanted. Their first record ranks as one of the most beautiful I’ve ever heard.
“Eclipses” is a an impressive step forward for Lissom. The songwriting is more mature and immersive, and the production is crystal-clear with multi-layered vocals, and lush string arrangement. Timpy
